The qualification reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well developed skills in a wide variety of contexts and may include supervisors and WHS personnel.

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of contract administrators working in small to medium-sized enterprises.

Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) CPC40110

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses.

The builder may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority in the State or Territory. Builder licensing varies across States and Territories and additional requirements to attainment of this qualification may be required.

Diploma of Work Health and Safety BSB51319

This qualification reflects the role of individuals coordinating and maintaining the work health and safety (WHS) program in an organisation. The qualification applies to supervisors and managers who apply a substantial knowledge base and well-developed skills in a wide variety of WHS contexts.

Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) CPC50210

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders, including selecting contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with clients.

The builder may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority in the State or Territory. Builder licensing varies across States and Territories and additional requirements to attainment of this qualification may be required.

This qualification reflects the role of employees working in supervisory positions in civil construction. They are responsible for the quantity and quality of the output of others, contribute to the development of technical solutions to non-routine problems and apply management plans to the workplace.

This qualification is suitable for an Australian Traineeship.

Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) CPC60212

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders, including selecting contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with the client. The builder may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority in the State or Territory.


The qualification also meets the needs of senior managers within building, construction and services firms typically working in larger organisations and managing more complex projects and processes.

Diploma of Civil Construction Management RII50415

This qualification reflects the role of personnel working on a single or a group of Civil construction sites, who perform tasks involving a high level of autonomy and require the application of significant judgement in planning and determining the selection of equipment/roles/techniques for themselves and others. They are required to develop site specific work instructions and practices to ensure the implementation of the site management systems, plans and policies. They demonstrate the application of a broad range of technical, managerial, coordination and planning skills.
